More questions in Haleigh case

Authorities in Florida are treating the disappearance of a 5-year-old girl as an abduction, and they've had a lot of questions for her father's girlfriend -- who was supposed to be watching the child. Haleigh Cummings was being watched by 17-year-old Misty Croslin when she vanished.

Croslin tells NBC's "Today" show that the suggestions that she had left the house are simply wrong. She says she called police as soon as she realized Haleigh was missing.

Asked about a tip police received that a relative of hers in Tennessee might have something to do with it, Croslin says the man "has been in trouble his whole life" and she does not trust him.

Authorities scaled back search efforts earlier this week, after checking houses in the neighborhood, the woods near her father's mobile home and nearby waterways.
