UPDATE: Elderly man walked into traffic

PHILADELPHIA - February 21, 2009 Police tell Action News that the victim has been identified as 81-year-old Curt Spielberg.

He allegedly walked into traffic.

No charges have been filed in the accident.

Spielberg was transported to Hahnemann Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

The driver of the car remained at the scene after the accident.
