Police identify NJ man who died in wood chipper

EDISON, N.J. (AP) - February 25, 2009 Lt. Joe Shannon, an Edison Township police spokesman, says 31-year-old Henry Aguilar - a Honduran immigrant living in New Brunswick - had worked at Generated Materials for nearly two years.

Aguilar died Tuesday after he became entangled in a conveyer belt attached to the wood chipper.

The death is considered an accident, but remains under investigation by police and the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
