Pa. school official accused of threat to student

SHARON HILL, Pa. (AP) - February 25, 2009 He is 50-year-old Mark Duncan, who works at Academy Park High School in Sharon Hill.

Police say Duncan threatened the 18-year-old male student on Friday during an argument at the school. Court papers quote Duncan as saying, "Go ahead, turn around, do something, I'll kill you."

Duncan was arraigned Wednesday and released on unsecured bail. Duncan's phone number in Collegeville is unlisted; it was not immediately clear if he had a lawyer.
