Thunder and Blue Claws to feed kids for free at baseball games

March 3, 2009 6:18:39 AM PST
Here's a good tip for parents whose kids love baseball. Children 12 and under will be able to eat for free at home games of two New Jersey minor league baseball teams. Both the Trenton Thunder and the Lakewood BlueClaws will issue food vouchers to the children when they enter the stadiums. Those vouchers will be good for a free hot dog, a bag of chips, and a 12-ounce soda. The Thunder is the AA affiliate of the New York Yankees. The BlueClaws are the Phillies Class affiliate in the South Atlantic League. For more information, check out the Trenton Thunder website and the Lakewood BlueClaws website.
