Arrest made in Camden homicide

Police in Camden, New Jersey have made an arrest in a weekend homicide.Investigators have charged 18-year-old Edward Torres with killing 25-year-old Luis Garcia.

Torres turned himself into police Thursday night. He is charged with murder, and was held at the Camden County Jail on $650,000 bail.

The killing happened at around 2:00 a.m. Sunday outside Rumba Rengue, a bar at 32nd and River Roads.

It appears Garcia was involved in a verbal altercation in the bar that spilled out into the street.

Shots were fired and Garcia was struc and killed.
