Jonas Brothers rock the big screen

February 27, 2009 Teen and pre-teen aged girls flocked to movie theaters tonight to see the long anticipated Jonas Brothers: The 3-D Concert Experience.

Some dressed for the occasion by wearing shirts adorned with the names of the heartthrobs.

Billed as the ultimate Jonas experience, the 3D film transports tweens to a Jonas Brothers' concert and takes them behind the scenes with Nick, Joe, and Kevin.

There's nothing new about young women swooning over singers, but the Jonas Brothers' clean cut image is attracting girls as young as eight.

The 3D glasses enhance the experience and make the theatergoers feel like they're at a live concert.

The effect is a far cry from the 3D movies of the 1950's.

It may be safe to assume that with or without the 3D experience, the movie would still be a smash with the opening night audience.
