No, just a landlord's goof.
Police in Madison report the apartment that was supposed to have been cleaned out had the same number but in a different building.
After Edward Peterson called police, he found most of his missing stuff a trash bin.
His TV and remote were the apartment's rental office.
But Peterson says his DVDs, CDs and books have vanished.
He adds his credit cards and about $300 in cash are also gone.
The landlord says Peterson will be fully compensated for his loss.
