The MGM Grand Detroit casino is running a teaser billboard campaign that shows a pair of golden eyes peering at passing drivers.
One city councilwoman tells The Detroit News she wants it taken down.
The Rev. James A. Smith says the billboard "looks like a demon glaring at you."
A spokeswoman for casino parent company MGM Mirage says they're not aware of the complaints.
But she adds the eyes are generating buzz about the casino.
