2nd Powerball ticket location announced

DOVER, Del. - March 3, 2009 Benbo's liquor store in Dover, Delaware.

The new multi-millionaire or multi-millionaires remain in hiding, however.

The owner of Benbo's liquor store will get a cut of the winnings, and so will Plymouth Meeting Mall, where the other winning ticket in Saturday's 174 million dollar drawing was sold.

The winner or winners there also have yet to come forward.

Each ticket is worth close to 50 million dollars - that's after taxes of course.

Powerball winners have one year from the drawing date to claim prizes. Each jackpot winner has 60 days from the date he or she claims the prize to decide between 30 annuity payments over 29 years, or a one-time cash payment.

Each ticket from the February 28th drawing has an annuity value of $87.2 million and a cash value of $46.6 million, less 25 percent federal withholding. The other jackpot-winning ticket was sold in Delaware.

Powerball tickets are sold in 30 states, the District of Columbia and the Virgin Islands.
