Kurt Angle talks with 6abc.com

March 2009 The 6abc.com Interview series begins with two guests that deliver a 1-2 punch.

The first guest is Total Nonstop Action Wrestling's Kurt Angle.

Before Angle entered the world of professional wrestling, the Pittsburgh native became famous for winning the gold medal at the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta.

After a few years of thought, Angle signed a contract with Vince McMahon and joined World Wrestling Entertainment.

Looking for a change in 2006, he left WWE and joined Dixie Carter's TNA promotion.

Kurt Angle goes into detail about his life, winning the Olympics, being a pro wrestler, and TNA's pay-per-view Lock Down that will take place April 19 at the Liacouras Center at Temple University.

The 6abc.com Interview: Kurt Angle Part I Angle speaks about TNA coming to Philadelphia, winning the Olympics, injuries in amateur and pro wrestling, what makes a good wrestling match, and, yes, that question that comes up whenever professional wrestling is mentioned.

The 6abc.com Interview: Kurt Angle Part II & Part III Angle talks about the transition from amateur to professional wrestling, how wrestling fans are, being a good guy as opposed to a bad, what being champion really means, the changes from WWE to TNA, and gives his own review of the Oscar-nominated movie The Wrestler.
