Five people have been arrested after a drug investigation in Norristown, Pa.Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Vetri Ferman says detectives started receiving tips in 2007 about the drug trafficking activities of Norristown resident Kenneth Hill, also known as "Naim" and "Mr. Norristown."

On January 23, 2009, police began wiretapping Hill's cell phones.

Then, on February 10th, Hill was arrested in the 1600 block of DeKalb Street in Norristown as, police say, he removed a large bag containing approximately four ounces of cocaine from the trunk of his BMW. Hill tried to run, but was caught by police.

Police executed nine search warrants around Norristown, recovering guns and supplies they say Hill used to pack cocaine and crack cocaine.

Charges are also being filed against Sean McCutcheon, Howard Ford, Ronald Woodson, and Jason Scott with drug law violations based on their involvement in Hill's cocaine distribution network.
