A man was gunned down overnight in Tioga-Nicetown.
The Action Cam on the 4300 block of Wayne Avenue.
The unidentified victim was shot here about 2 a.m. He was pronounced dead at a local hospital.
So far, police have not made an arrest and there's no word on a motive.
