Chris Kiker, the owner of East Coast Exotics at the Rehoboth Mall, says three teenagers, a boy and two girls, were spotted on a surveillance video leaving with the puppy. The dog was in a pen at the front of the store.
Kiker says the dog was a special order for a customer and was implanted with a microchip.
In February, a Boston terrier valued at $1,100 was stolen from the store. That dog has not been recovered.
