Wawa store robbed twice

BENSALEM, Pa. - March 9, 2009 - The first robbery happened on November 13, 2008 at 12:30 a.m. The second incident happened on March 8th at 3:45 a.m.

Police say, in both incidents, the suspect entered the store on Bristol Pike, picked up a bag of Reese's Pieces, and brought them to the counter.

When the clerk opened the register, police say the suspect pulled out a large knife, pointed it at the clerk, demanded money, then reached into the register drawer and grabbed the cash.

Police say the suspect nabbed about $200 in each robbery.

The suspect is described as a fair-skinned white man, about 5'7" to 5'10", 25 to 30 years old. Police say he has a stocky build, wearing an olive green hat with a brim, white cargo shorts and black and white sneakers. He also has a reddish-brown goatee with mid-ear length sideburns.
