SOUTH PHILADELPHIA - March 12, 2009
The fire department was called to a business on Christopher Columbus Boulevard just before 11:00 a.m. to rescue a man who reportedly fell into a ditch 8-feet deep.
Crews were able to pull him out and rush him to Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.
He remains hospitalized in critical condition.
