NJ beach house to sail to L.I.

BARNEGAT LIGHT, N.J. (AP) - March 12, 2009 The so-called Lieb House, designed by famed architect Robert Venturi and his wife Denise Scott Brown, will be put on a barge in Barnegat Light and floated along a 95-mile waterborne trip. It's due to arrive in Glen Cove, N.Y. Friday.

New owners Deborah Sarnoff and Robert Gotkin plan to use it as a guest cottage. They already live in another house designed by the famed architects, who feel the two structures would be perfect together.

The price? One dollar. But it will cost another $100,000 to get it there.
