Fmr. constable impersonates officer

PLYMOUTH TWP., Pa. - March 13, 2009 Montgomery County authorities filed numerous charges against the former West Conshohocken constable. Solow was charged in two separate incidents.

Heis charged with impersonating a police officer, harassment, and official oppression. He allegedly stopped a motorist illegally in Plymouth Township.

In a separate incident, Solow went to Abington Hospital for blood work and the hospital was crowded.

Instead of waiting his turn, Solow then identified himself as a police officer and attempted to get treatment. He was charged with impersonating a police officer, disorderly conduct, and harassment. He was arraigned in Cheltenham and posted ten percent of $25,000 bail.
