Nutter: Don't blame city for gambling delays
PHILADELPHIA (AP) - March 13, 2009 Nutter's remarks on Friday came just days after Gov. Ed Rendell
said he would seriously consider signing a bill to stop gambling
dollars from flowing to Philadelphia if the delays continue. No
such bill is under serious consideration in the Legislature.
