The Coast Guards says a punctured fuel tank spilled about 1,300 gallons of fuel into the Port of Wilmington. The Coast Guard says the captain of the 623-foot freight carrier Honor called about 8:40 a.m. Saturday to report its fuel tank had been punctured while moored at the port.

Coast Guard crews along with workers from Clean Venture and the Delaware Department of Natural Resources worked to contain the spill.
