A fast moving house fire sent a family out into the early morning chill. Flames broke out just before 2:00 a.m. on the unit block of East Rittenhouse Street in the Germantown section of Philadelphia.

Fire burned on both the first and second floors of the row home before being extinguished.

PECO and L&I crews were called to the scene to investigate a partial collapse in the rear of the house.

Luckily, no injuries have been reported.
