Officials say the man went into the store and walked around, looking at jewelry and asked the sales clerk to show him some items.
That's when, police say, the man grabbed two diamond bracelets and ran out of the store.
The suspect is described as a white man in his early 20's, wearing an off-white T-shirt and blue jeans. Police say he has scars on his neck and forehead.
No one was hurt in the robbery.
