Police say a 17-year-old student was coming home from school with his father when he was shot in the thigh.
He was taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in stable condition.
Police say the shooting was the result of an argument inside the school.
An 18-year-old is in custody. That person has not been identified.
