Hot drinks and cancer link

A study out of Iran has linked drinking hot tea or coffee to an increased risk for cancer of the esophagus. So how hot is too hot?

The study shows anything over 156 degrees doubled the risk for esophageal cancer.

Anything over 158 degrees showed an 8-fold increased risk.

The researchers found the chemicals in the tea didn't make a difference.
