Except he didn't have control over the script.
Police say once the guy had broken in to the gas station, he had a few smokes and drank some booze.
Then, he called 911 so he'd be arrested because he wanted to see his brother in jail.
But, the guy wasn't allowed to see his brother.
Now, he's pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of "attempted" breaking and entering.
His sentencing is April 27th.
That's when he'll find out how much time he'll get to spend in jail.
