Del. men charged with exploding bombs at Md. store

ELKTON, Md. (AP) - April 3, 2009 During the last two weeks Maryland fire marshals charged the men after Elkton and Delaware State police and the Delaware fire marshals identified them from surveillance video.

Andrew Casapulla, Hao Chen Yin, Anthony Brown, Andrew Saran, Sean Stephenson, all 18, and David Cross and Nicholas Vitcusky, both 19, are charged with reckless endangerment and discharging a destructive device.

The first explosion happened Nov. 22 when four men blew up a bomb in a garbage can. Five men blew up a second bomb in the parking lot and a third in the store's toy section Feb. 24. Four men detonated a bomb March 14 in the men's bathroom.

No one was injured.
