Delaware State Police say three Sussex County teenagers have been charged with robbing and assaulting a developmentally disabled Laurel man. Police said the two 17-year-olds from Laurel and an 18-year-old from Bethel assaulted the 31-year-old victim as he walked home Friday night from his brother's house in the Laurel Village Mobile Home Park. The victim was dragged into a wooden area, beaten and robbed of his wallet and keys.
