They're from the Oxford area and are part of the U.S. Pizza Team, competing at the World Pizza Championship in Italy.
Green is now the team trainer.
He and sisters hope the U.S. will take home a gold medal.
Events include largest dough stretch, fastest pizza maker and freestyle dough tossing.
But there's more to the pizza championships than winning.
Of course there's a lot of eating, too.
Missy Green tells the Oxford Eagle they look forward to being reunited with all the international pizza lovers.
Pizza makers from 30 countries will be taking part.
