Pilot grounded for good reasons

Helicopter pilot David Martz will stay grounded -- after some high-flying sex.

A judge ruled yesterday the Federal Aviation Administration was justified in revoking his pilot's license.

Martz was videotaped while a Swedish porn star performed a sex act on him, as they flew over San Diego nearly four years ago.

The video has been making the rounds on the Internet.

In making the ruling, Judge William R. Mullings noted Martz's pants were down around his knees and might hamper his ability to respond an emergency.

The judge also said the woman was at times blocking access to the helicopter's controls.

During his testimony, Martz said the stunt wasn't "the brightest thing" he had ever done.

He also promised never to do it again.

But the judge wasn't convinced.
