According to investigators, Holmes met the victim at her home on Friday, April 3rd. Police say Holmes kissed the victim during that encounter.
Then, on Saturday, April 5th, police say the girl snuck out of her home and Holmes picked her up. He then allegedly drove the victim to his apartment in the 800 block of Woodchuck Place in the Fox Run Apartments.
It was there, police say, the two engaged in sex acts that are prohibited due to the girl's age.
Holmes was arrested Tuesday and charged with six counts of rape in the second degree.
He was later arraigned and committed to the Howard Young Prison after failing to post $180,000 secured bail.
