Police: Woman raped twice in 4 days

A western Pennsylvania man is headed to trial on charges he raped the same woman twice within four days at his home.

Mercer County prosecutors say 26-year-old Hector Pastrana, of Springfield Township, raped the woman on Feb. 6 and 9.

Authorities say Pastrana and the woman had sex in the past and that she went to his home Feb. 6 after he called her for a ride home. Police say Pastrana asked the woman to have sex and forced her after she refused. Four days later, the woman came to Pastrana's home after he text-messaged her asking to talk.

She told police she went to Pastrana's bedroom expecting him to apologize, only to have him rape her again.

Pastrana has pleaded not guilty and police say he denied the woman refused to have sex with him, although he acknowledges she struggled.
