A worker was rescued from a silo Friday afternoon in Camden County. Crews were called to 322 Egg Harbor Road in Winslow Township just after 3:30 p.m. Friday afternoon after a man fell into a silo at the Kellogg's USA plant.

Township police say 38-year-old Anthony Abruzzese of Williamstown, New Jersey, a company employee, fell about 35 feet into a flour filled silo. He was rescued about ninety minutes later.

He was conscious and alert after the fall, but was trapped.

After the rescue, Abruzzese refused medical attention.

The plant is used for the production of blueberry pancakes.
