The two men in their 30's were shot numerous times. Both were rushed to Temple University Hospital in critical condition.
A woman who happened to be driving by at the time was startled by the gunfire and crashed her car on the sidewalk.
She suffered minor injuries.
East Detectives tell Action News they have a suspect in custody. No word on any charges.
