WEST KENSINGTON - April 12, 2009
Police were called out to the 400 block of West Cambria Street shortly after 11:00 where they discovered a female that had been stabbed.
She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The victim has been identified as 27-year-old Juanita Arteaga.
No arrests have been made and police are continuing their investigation.
