A child was caught in the middle of the fight and was transported to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
There is no word on the extent of the child's injuries.
Witnesses tell Action News the restaurant was extremely crowded.
According to them, a woman threw a salt and pepper shaker at another woman and that woman threw a chair back at her, resulting in the fight that injured a child.
At least one person has been charged.
