Anheuser bought the brand in 2006, hoping to reposition it to compete in the expanding "craft beer" market.
However, Rolling Rock sales have declined. They were down 13% last year.
Anheuser is hoping the brand will appeal to another beer company looking to expand in the U.S. market.
The company considered potential bidders earlier this year, but wasn't satisfied with any of the offers.
According to the beer's website, Rolling Rock was started in 1939 by the Tito brothers in Latrobe, Pa.
