Rape allegations at Del. prison

NEW CASTLE, Del. - April 13, 2009 - That officer's name has not yet been released.

State Police say the incident happened on Saturday, April 11th at the Women's Work Release Treatment Center on the grounds of Baylor Women's Correction Facility in New Castle.

Investigators are releasing few details, except to say an investigation is underway.

The age of the victim has not yet been released.
