Police got word that the suspects were fleeing, and gave chase.
The chase was then broken off, however other officers spotted the vehicle in the area of 15th and Venango in West Oak Lane.
The vehicle was stopped, and three suspects were arrested.
Police say they also recovered what they believe were some of the stolen items from the home.
There have been no reports of injuries at this time.
