Man shot twice in the head in Frankford

A man was critically wounded when he was shot twice in the head this morning in Frankford. The shooting happened at about 5:30 a.m. inside a house on the 1600 block of Dyre Street.

Police tell Action News 15 shots were fired into the house.

The man, said to be in his 30's, was rushed to Frankford Torresdale Hospital where he is listed in critical but stable condition.

A second person inside the home escaped injury.

Police have not announced any arrests in this case.
