Investigators say a 32-year-old woman says she was assaulted around 6:00 a.m. Thursday at her home by an intruder, and that there may have been more than person in her home.
The victim tells police she was moving items from inside her home to a vehicle parked in the driveway, and that she believes she was followed into her home by the attacker.
Police say the victim did not have any visible injuries, and was examined at Abington Memorial Hospital.
The investigation continues.
The victim describes the intruder as a white male, tall and lanky, mid-forties in age, "scruffy" and with "buzzed" brown hair.
The intruder was described as wearing a flannel shirt in an unknown color, blue jeans, and work boots.
According to the victim the intruder had a pierced nose and tattoos.
