Angela Domino's trial is set to begin May 26.
The 79-year-old Galloway Township resident says she won an $86,000 jackpot while playing a 5-cent progressive slot machine in 2007.
But Domino says Harrah's offered her only $20,000. She says the casino told her another gambler playing the same progressive slot system at Trump Marina Hotel Casino had actually hit the jackpot three minutes earlier.
Harrah's says it doesn't discuss pending litigation.
