Police were in the middle of an arrest. There was reportedly a struggle in the process of arresting the man when the man suffered a medical emergency.
Police tell Action News that that the man had a long list of prior arrests involving manufacturing and delivering of drugs.
Authorities also say he has escaped from the police in the past.
Police believe that he died from choking on a bag of heroin.
