The makers of Tabasco sauce say Queen Elizabeth II favors the fiery condiment.
The Louisiana-based McIlhenny Co. will be honored with the ultimate seal of approval, a Royal Warrant of Appointment.
It's one of the few U.S. companies to get the royal nod.
Company president Paul McIlhenny says it's an honor to be recognized by the royal family.
Soon, Tabasco will be marketed in Britain with a label that reads: "By Appointment to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II."
