Authorities say a man in his late 20's was filling up at the pump with his daughter in the car.
That is when an argument started between the father and another man who just pulled up to the pumps.
The man then shot the father in the head.
The father was transported to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and is listed in stable condition.
The gunman drove off from the scene.
