NORTH PHILADELPHIA - April 27, 2009 - It happened at around 2:00pm.
Three people were transported by medic units to Temple Hospital.
Two people have serious injuries while the third person's injuries are unknown.
Details are sketchy at this time while investigators remain on the scene.
