It happened about 12:45 Wednesday morning at Castor and Erie avenues in the Juniata Park section of the city.
The collision drove the van into a light pole and knocked it down.
Two of those involved in the accident are men in their 20's.
Police have not indicated the age or sex of the third victim.
Investigators are looking for the cause.
