NORTHERN LIBERTIES - April 30, 2009
It happened around 10:40 p.m. Wednesday at 2nd and Poplar Streets in the city's Northern Liberties section.
A Honda Accord traveling southbound on 2nd Street struck the pedestrian, then continued on.
The victim was rushed to Thomas Jefferson University Hospital where he is listed in stable condition.
At this time there is no description of the striking vehicle.
