Police: Burglar stole only jellybeans

State police are still looking for a burglar who entered a northwestern Pennsylvania home, took some jellybeans and nothing else. Police are stumped by the burglary in North East Township on Friday night.

Sgt. Mark Zaleski says Thursday it remains unclear if the suspect only wanted jellybeans, or if that's all he had time to grab before a noise or something else frightened him into leaving.

Police say the burglar broke a front door window between 7 p.m. and midnight. The burglar took some jellybeans sitting on a dining room table, but the homeowner reported nothing else was missing or even moved.

North East is about 10 miles northeast of Erie.
