The family of a Wayne man says their loved one is very critical after being struck by a hit and run driver last night. It happened shortly after 10:00 p.m. on Radcliff Street.

Family members say 77-year-old Frederic Moffatt, a 30-plus year resident of Wayne, exited his house to take out the trash.

That is when, they say, someone struck him and left the scene.

Family members say Moffatt is currently at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania on life support.

Tredyffrin Township Police are investigating.
