Woman in love triangle slaying to be released

NEW CASTLE, Del. (AP) - May 1, 2009 Irina Malinovskaya, a former University of Pennsylvania student, is expected to be released Friday from Baylor Women's Correctional Institution.

Malinovskaya was tried three times for the slaying of Temple University student Irina Zlotnikov in December 2004 but each trial ended in mistrial.

Prosecutors accused Malinovskaya of stalking Robert Bondar and Zlotnikov outside the couple's apartment before Zlotnikov was found naked and dead inside the apartment.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials declined to comment on how long it will take to deport Malinovskaya, who has been incarcerated since January 2005.
